Demonstration/Shareware Version
You are hereby licensed to use the demonstration or shareware software versions of for evaluation purposes only. After your evaluation you should register the software for further use and erase the evaluation version off your computer.
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the demonstration and shareware versions of this software and documentation as you wish with the sole purpose of sharing the software with others for evaluation.
Copies must not be altered or appended to. Nor may you charge for them except a small fee to pay for electronic-media expenses.
This is
the Letter to Educators
( in Adobe Acrobat format ) that usually accompanies the demonstration
version. It includes an order form for single and site licensing.
Altering the program or using it beyond demonstration purposes is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
Registration
The price of registration is given in the payment schedules below. When you purchase the software, you are automatically registered to use the software under the following conditions.
Each registered copy of may
be installed either by:
1) one person using the software personally
on one or more computers
on a single computer and used non-simultaneously
by multiple people
but not both of these conditions. A site
license allows a single copy to be purchased and a fee paid for each additional
machine/user.
You receive the full retail version of the program and all documentation.
When you register you are automatically signed up to receive technical support regarding our product via email or phone at no extra cost.
Each copy you receive has an online manual detailing the operation of the software as well as a help file version of the manual. You can also download a copy of the manual from this site.
Upgrade notifications are regularly posted on our web site. Minor upgrades will be free of charge and patches available on our World Wide Web homepage. Major upgrades will be offered at a reduced price.

Quantity Copies
Purchase more than 1 physical copy of the full retail program. Each copy has its own serial number. Discounts listed below are for physical CDs but does not include price of shipping and handling. This option is usually used by those who want to resell the product. Minimum of 5 copies to qualify.

For more than 100 copies a price can be negotiated. All sales are final. If CDs are purchased, we will replace faulty CDs. On quantity copy sales we offer a flat fee rate of $12 for shipping and handling of all CDs provided they are being delivered to the same location.
Purchase one physical copy and install on multiple computers or terminals at a single site such as a school or a learning center. Prices are for electronic download and do not reflect CD, shipping and handling.
